Integration of a person-centered and collaborative approach are utilized in therapy. Dr. Floyd believes people are experts in themselves who sometimes explore an outside perspective.  Interactions with individuals across a person's lifespan provides great insight with navigation through society. 

These moments in life not only shape our outlook, but how we respond to stressors in life (automatic negative thoughts).  Our work together involves listening to your needs and ways we work together on areas of growth for you to become your best self.
