Service Description

During therapy, I specialize in providing tailored therapeutic support for high-achieving persons of color navigating demanding careers. Individual sessions are designed to empower individuals to thrive professionally while prioritizing mental well-being. All sessions are conducted via telehealth *I am an out of network provider due to not accepting insurance and can send a "superbill" upon request for clients looking to explore reimbursement through their insurance.
